Dragonball Guide:
Only planets that have guardians on it can have dragonballs. The amount of wishes are determined by the guardian's Power Level.

Each Dragonball Set has seven dragonballs. Every three days you search for a dragonball, you have a chance to find one. To determine whether or not you find it will be by rolling dice in a chatroom. Your Number has to be higher than the owners number to find a ball. If not then you will have to wait another three days unless you have a special item to help you out.
