Catseye, or Cats/Kitty for short, is another of Argonne's Gods. He's quite the wacky man, but he's easy to talk to, and his ideas are creative and inventive. His areas are filled with neat secrets to discover, only waiting behind a curtain. Our maintown, Solace, was built by Catseye. Catseye also has mapped out several areas, as well as ediitng both stock and original areas for Argonne. He also built Dragon City, a popular place for players in their teen levels. Catseye is also responsible for the influx of Kender players throughout Argonne (Threw that in to get him a beating!). Catseye is, suprisingly enough, a Kender Thief.
Immortal Survey:
A) How long have you been on Argonne?
  I don't remember. I was invited on as a
builder a long time ago -- probably
as one of the first ones who were non-IMP. According
to my score sheet,
I've been on for 968 playing hours.
B) What are your goals as an immortal for Argonne?
Entertainment, mostly. I would like to be able
to spend more time building
areas if I could but, failing that, I'd prefer to
keep those people who do show
up somewhat entertained.
C) What changes would you make to Argonne if you could?
More players, more quests, casual bikini-clad
Saturdays, more locks only
kender can open, a connection path I could use
without getting into trouble
from at work, and mobs which are somewhat more
balanced and killable
for both those with quest weapons and those
without.
D) Do you have any areas in the planning process? If so, can you tell
us about them?
Yes, one called Heroes of Might and Magic with
the mobs based off of the
strength of the army units within the game of the
same name. The hard
part for me is narrowing things down to those
implementable types
(archers don't work) and assigning them to some kind
of field type most
associated with their background.
E) What is your favorite thing about Argonne?
The conversations, jokes, ability to horse
around, the OLC which makes it
very easy to build, repair, and edit, and I
absolutely love the way the code WORKS
and DOESN'T CRASH all the time. If we had players,
this place would be as close
to paradise regarding a MUD as I've been on.
