Angreal:
All angreal - whatever their prefix - is made from a special substance to do with the One Power. They work as follows:
Angreal & Sa'angreal: These are used to help a channeler draw more of the One Power than they are normally used to.
Ter'angreal: These are useful tools, using the One Power to perform things, such as: Dream walking, visiting other worlds, physically placing an oath on someone, and so on.....
Some ter'angreal can even be used by none-channelers.
