HUNTING
- or - So many critters, so little time...
 The Sewers - armor set # 1
1 - Entrance to the sewers, warehouse.
2 - Feysal / Portal entrance.
3 - Rusty grate leading downwards, entrance to the Sea Caves.
4 - A ladder leading upward three "stories" to a street drain. Not an exit.
5 - An embankment. You can climb this embankment (climb bank) to reach the surface and the Coastal Alleys.
6 - A ladder leading upward three "stories" to nowhere. Not an exit.
7 - A dead-end at a stone shaft leading upward. Can't be climbed.
8 - A dead-end at a dark river.
From the front yard of the Stone Toga Inn (the Stone Toga Mark) go east once, north once, east once, then down until you reach the bottom. (walk to toga; E - N - E - DOWNx4)
While hunting you may not want to hunt the sewers before you get all of armor set # 1. You risk a lot of bleeding wounds so you should be sure there are healers available in town before you do so. At the very least, do not hunt the sewers without some armor. Otherwise you will likely be too wounded to hunt before getting enough skins to make the hunt worthwhile. Be aware, also, that, though rats and osecars are the most common encounters in the sewers and that their attacks usually hit below the waist, they have been known to make hits much higher. I myself once suffered a deep bleeding wound to the head from a sewer rat. Don't think that only armoring the lower portions of your body will protect you from all attacks. Most of them, certainly, but not all.

What makes the sewers such a good hunting ground, though, is their proximity to the Stone Toga Inn where healers can usually be found.
Rats                                                 pelts and heads, stomach gems (rare, though)

The rats of the sewer are probably the easiest to kill. They can still deliver bleeding wounds to their unarmored opponents, however, so be careful and be armored.
Osecar                                             pelts and heads
Arguably the most dangerous of the sewer dwelling creatures, the Osecar can hit with a good degree of skill and cause dangerous bleeding wounds. It is advisable not to battle Osecars until you have the full armor set #1.
Snakes                                            hides
Another creature that has undergone drastic changes while I was away. Once the easiest and least dangerous creature in the sewers, it's poisonous bites and poisonous mist-spitting have developed into real dangers. It's poison attack, though it rarely hits, is able to cause dizziness and, in extreme cases, a drastic increase in fatigue. The sewer snake can usually be found close to the Feysal/Portal area.
