"Hey there funny-looking members of the BFT! Now, not all of you get up at once, I can seat myself. Since I know how none of you will not bother buying a lady a drink (swiftly kick Hobby for his unneeded thoughts), I will take care of myself. Mumble, mumble... Anyways, I was on a vacation and when I came back, I noticed you moved and thanx to a few sweet fellas (you know who you are and it's not you, Hobby, so wipe that pompous grin off your face), I was able to find this wonderful new location. I must give praise to whoever found it because this tavern is nowhere near as rundown as the other."
I reach into my pouch and take out a silver flask, take a swig and place it back away. (Hobby, stop eyeing it cause you're not gonna get it! Man, some people never change!)
"Whelp, I haven't read the posts for the new campagin yet but I surely hope you fellas aren't getting yourself hurt all the time like in the last one. You better learn to take better care of yourselves, 'cause remember that Vortex and I will not be there to save you all the time like in the last adventure! Oh, I have a present for you Jax, (since you are my fav) <I untie a pouch at my waist and toss it to Jax>. Just in case you get some little munchies, there's our fav snack for you.
"Whelp fellas, it's been fun but this little sprite is on her way to a little bash in the woods and nonfaerie types are not invited (so don't even try, Hobby). Talk to you guys later! Bye bye!" I wave as I fly out the window with a trail of silver glitter following me....
I smile and take Jax's present since he is not here to accept it himself. Looking inside I see a sun-dried lizard, BBQ-flavor. Jumping off my stool, I head out the door following, er... going somewhere.
"Damn Hobby! Always taking things that don't belong to you. Where's Jax? You didn't scare him off did you, 'cause you know I'd have to have a 'nice' talk with you. By the way, speaking of taking stuff that doesn't belong to you, what ever happened to my share of the loot from Goblins in the Mist? I bet you 'forgot' to do what you were with it, huh? Just like a Hobbit!" (giggle)
Seeing Lilac hovering above me I cover my face thinking "not-the-face, not-the-face," and preparing for the "Whack" that luckily never comes.
"I promise, Lilac, I'll give the gift to Jax. He's off on some Lizardman adventure like me. Ok, so I might have forgotten!" Taking Lilac's pouch of gold (from my favorite hiding spot in my pants) which I intended to keep for myself and spend, I give it to Lilac reluctantly before she speeds away. I sigh slightly after she is gone <sniff, sniff>, and head down the street....
