Super forms are a level of ur power. Super forms multiply ur stats when u reach a certain level. here are the super forms

Androids

when you reach a power level of 200,000 you go super android level 1 ( 2x stats )
when you reach a power level of 500,000 you go super special android ( 2x stats. 3x pl )
when you reach a power level of 1,050,000 you go super android level 2 ( 3x stats )
when you reach a power level of 2,500,000 you go super android level 3 ( 4x stats)
when you reach a power level of 4,000,000 you go super android level 4 ( 5x stats )
when you reach a power level of 9,000,000 you go super android level 5 ( 5x stats 6x PL)

Saiyans
you can reach a super for by PL or anger
when you reach a power level of 180,000 you go super saiyan level 1 (2x stats )
when you reach a power level of 600,000 you go ultra super saiyan ( 2x stats, 3x PL )
when you reach a power level of 1,500,000 you go super saiyan level 2 ( 3x stats )
when you reach a power level of 3,000,000 you go super saiyan level 3 (4 x stats)
when you reach a power level of 6,200,000 you go super saiyan level 4 (5x stats )
when you reach a power level of 10,500,000 you go super saiyan level 5 (6x stats, 7x PL )

Namekians

when you reach a power level of 250,000 you go super namek level 1 ( 2x stats )
when you reach a power level of 600,000 you go super namek level 2 ( 3x stats)
when you reach a power level of 1,550,000 you go super namek level 3 ( 4x stats )
when you reach a power level of 3,000,000 you go super namek level 4 ( 4xs stats , 5x PL )
when you reach a power level of 5,000,000 you get Horendous Namek ( 5x stats , 7x PL )

Cell

when you reach a power level of 150,00 you get the rare ability ( +500 all stats daily cant purchase any item that doubles ur stats ( power level suit ,TOM ect....)
when you reach a power level of 700,000 you turn into crazy cell ( 2x stats ) and +10,000 all stats once
when u absorb 17 or 18 you turn into imprefect cell(3x stats)and +130,000 all stats + the androids pl
when u get BOTH you turn into perfect cell ( x4 stats , x5 PL ) and + the androids PL

Buu

When Buu Reaches a Power Level of 700,000 he Goes Ultra Buu(x3 stats)
When Buu Reaches a Power level of 2,300,000 he Goes Kid Buu(x4 Stats) and +500,000 all stats Permenetly
When Buu Asorbs Adult Gohan,Piccolo,Gotenks or Vegetto he Gets to go Ultimate Buu(x6 stats) and +1,000,000 all stats Permently and the Move Super Regeneration.(Note: has to At least Get 2 Asorbed)

Garlic Jr.

Garlic Jr can go Monster Form anytime(x2 stats) When Garlic Jr. Wishes For Immorility, Does not matter for How long it Adds +100,000 to all stats permentaly.

Zarbon

Zarbon can reach his monster form anytime x2 stats )
at the power level of 200,000 you get double charge up ( +40,000 all stats in battle )
at the power level of 800,000 you get triple charge up ( +60,000 all stats in battle )
at the power level of 1,500,000 you get rare ability ( +20,000 all stats once and +600 all stats daily )
at the power level of 4,000,000 you get quadruple double charge up ( +1,000,000 all stats in battle )

Captin Ginyu

When Ginyu Reaches a Power Level of 600,000 he Goes Super Ginyu(x2 stats)
When Ginyu Reaches a Power Level of 3,000,000 he Goes Ultra Ginyu(x4 stats)
When Ginyu Reaches a Power Level of 5,500,000 he goes Ultra Ginyu 2(x5 stats) and the Move Body Swap.

Others

when you reach a pl of 160,000 get turned into form 1 ( x2 stats )
when you reach a pl of 600,000 get turned into special form ( 2x stats 3x PL )
when you reach a pl of 1,500,000 get turned into form 2 ( 3x stats )
when you reach a pl of 3,500,000 get turned into form 3 ( 4x stats )
when you reach a pl of 6,000,000 get turned into form 4 ( 5x stats 6x PL)
when you reach a pl of 11,000,000 get turned into form 5 ( 6x stats 7x PL )
