Rejuvenation Tank	10,000-31 days	Put on a ship or in a base. After a fight u can go in here for 1 day and it completly heals you. Takes 1/2 a room.
Isolation Chamber(saiyans only)	2,000-15 days	Same as a rejuvenation tank but takes 4 days
Repair Kit	1,000-12 days	Repairs 50% damage on ships

Training Center	5,000-35 days	Lets 5 people train at once. Must be put on a planet and you must buy the things to put into the center or all you can do is spar. Holds 4 rooms.

Frieza Starship(70,000 hp,1 gun,3 armor)	40,000-26 days	Holds a Crew of 8. Can hold 7 weeks of fuel and has 5 rooms. You can spar on it and put anything on it.
