As in nearly every aspect of life, there are rules. And this RPG doesnt have a lot... ^_^
Midnight Dawn is set in the Epic Fantasy/Midieval era.
So, your writting and over-all MOOD in the RPG, must
conform to work in that setting.
Rule #1: You cannot "kill" a fellow Roleplayer.
This rule is non-debatable unless the Roleplayers both
email the Moderator, in seperate Emails. The
"Killer" requesting permission, and the one who is to
be "killed" giving his/her consent/decline.
Rule #2: You must use punctuation, grammar, correct spelling ect.
Do not try our kind staff's patience with attempting
to 'get around' this rule. The Roleplaying Etiquette
page elaborates on this rule. You may be docked points
or an object you value, if we catch you disobeying this
rule. Midnight Dawn is a (hopefully) correct RPG, and
we wish not to have everyones game boards and
stories being interupted by ignorance.
Rule #3: Respect
Yup, just plain ol' respect. Repect yourselves, your
fellow RPGers, and the RPG in general. Do not use lewd
comments, racial slurrs... basicly anything offensive
in general. Treating others with curtosey and tolerance
is a form of respect.
Rule #4: No more than 3 Characters per person.
Uhm... the rule pretty much explains itself.
If you have like, ninty characters, then our RPG will
be overrun with only one person!! And that.. is bad!
Rule #5: No inviting.
We here at Midnight Dawn (all TWO of us) realize
that everyone wants to have their best buddies come
into the RPG. Well, we understand that, but its prior
expeirience speaking here, when we say that you cannot
invite people. You can cirtainly tell them they can
submit a character, that is very much welcome! But
telling someone "Oh, you can be in my RPG." is not
welcome. We cannot garuntee spots in Midnight
Dawn,and were very sorry about that, but we also cannot
have people coming to us saying "But ___ said I
could be in it".... then we just feel bad cause we have
to say "uhm... well... THEIR not the administrators"
Rule #6: No whining.
Just dont do it. Its annoying! and it
bothers everyone but yourself!
