Raijin

Raijin is one of the three members of the Balamb DC (Disciplinary Commitee).  He is one of Seifer's two best friends along with Fujin.  These three style themselves as 'the posse'.  Raijin's catchphrase is ending every other sentence with the words 'ya know.'

Throughout the game Raijin is constantly at Seifer's side along with Fujin (who just so happens to constantly kick him in the shins).  He is completely loyal to Seifer even to becoming a Galbadian military commander when Seifer becomes Edea's knight.  His loyalty only extends to the limits on his own morality, he and Fujin make a speech at the end of the game telling Seifer he is in the wrong and asks him to stop what he is doing.

The Posse don't split up for long as they are seen together at the end of the game where Raijin is getting picked on as ever.  Not one of the good guys... but not one of the bad ones.
