We purchased our
first French Bulldog not long after we began showing and
breeding the British Bulldog, close to twenty years ago.
His name was Ch.
Topette Black Beauty. He was the most gentle dog and
the easiest of dogs to show and after him there was no going
back, we had to have another and another and so began our love of
the French Bulldog.
Now that my husband
Rob and I are approaching our senior years, we have found
that the Frenchie is a much easier dog for us to own and show so
slowly we have not replaced our British Bulldogs and only have
one left now, our beautiful Savanah who is 8 years
old. We still love the British Bulldog and I am the
Treasurer of the Northern British Bulldog Club of New South
Wales
We just love our weekend shows away with our Frenchies and we go
almost every weekend in the cooler months.
We hook up our
little caravan put our 3 Frenchies in the car and away we go to
the shows. We have made many friends and hope to make new
friends, meet new dogs and hopefully win a few prizes along the
way.
We plan to be doing
this for many years to come.
