Practice Schedule

We will practice everyday after school at the park. Practice will start at 3:00 unless there is a meet or the practice is cancelled. Runners need to do a warm up jog to the park, stretch, and be ready to start practice. Practice will end back at the high school for both high school and middle level.

Middle school runners will practice on a modified schedule.
