This space is only for me. One has to have time for five main aspects:
family, couple, work/studies, friends, and for oneself. If one can be
in balance with these five aspects then ones life is going to be easier.
About oneself, one needs to worry about three aspects: body, mind, and
spirit. I would like to explain more of these aspects, so come later
