Flash in, flash out,
Gone before you were there,
Your wall is still intact,
Mine lay broken and bare,

Torn you chose the cliff and stood still,
Deceased I left my wings and dropped down,
Better the Devil you know than the one you don’t

Blackened, Black-out,
We hide inside the dark,
Covered by new addictions,
Temporarily fallen apart,

But now I see the light, and it’s really not so bad,
And though I’ll always wonder, I smile on what we had,
