Fourwalls started in the summer of 2001. The guys barely knew each other, but they knew they wanted to play. None of them had any formal training, and were pretty much rookies...and if you've seen the CAMP talent show video, you can attest to this. But, you gotta give 'em credit for getting up there... set, after set, after set. Back then, the band was known as "THE JEROMES" (the drummer at the time). Practices basically consisted of staying up late (really late) and messing around on acoustics. The band acquired a couple of groupies and lackeys (namely Yandi, Veronica, and Dru), and they were off to make music. After drummer Jerome went off to pursue other musical opportunities, the band stagnated a bit, and Eric, Beto, and Alex were left to perfect solos. Somewhere around this time, for God knows what reason, the band decided to call themselves "GARBLED SNOWMEN." Soon Karlos became the drummer, and eventually, the band came to be called "FOURWALLS." After more practice in the garage, they were finally ready for gigs, and that's just what they did, mainly playing covers. The next stage came when the band decided to create their own music, and are currently working on finishing enough songs for their first album. And boy, is it hard to keep a drummer! Karlos no longer plays with FOURWALLS, but Alex, or buddy Moises, hit up the drums whenever they can. This brings us to the present, where the band looks for time to practice, although this can be hard with all members attending college and working long hours (not to mention girl time). Stay tuned.
