However, with Owen partnering the clumsy Heskey upfront firing blanks, there goes Liverpool attack even with a capable defence and midfield.
The Bantams with the inclusion of Carbone(Aston Villa) and Petrescu(Chelsea) securing a more regular starting line-up, David Hopkin(Leeds) Bradford looks stronger this time around compare to last season and will be in for a good opening fight against the mighty Reds.
Can Owen deliver 30 goals this season, it's seems highly unlikely and it will be a consolation for Liverpool if he can manage half of it, not with Heskey firing blank and forever tripping at the opponents half.
