CAMP-O-RAMA 2012
The 49th Annual Quahaug Chapter # 48 Camp-O-Rama will be Sept. 14, 15, 16, 2012 on Second Beach (aka Sachuset Beach, 305 Sachuset Point Rd.) in Middletown, RI.
Reservations are limited to the first 175 families that send them back to us - So PLEASE HURRY! A family consists of two adults and any unmarried children living at home.
COST:
$48.00 for the weekend (Fri & Sat night); if you wish to come on Thursday (PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 12 NOON) there is an additional cost of $24.00. A second family in your rig is $24.00 for the weekend and $12.00 for Thursday night.
Check in time on Thursday is 12 noon; Friday check in time is 10:00 a.m.
DINNERS:

HANDICAPPED RESERVATION:
If you are handicapped, please send in a copy of your placard. If electricity is required for managing your handicap, please note that on the reservation form. Space is limited; we will do our best to accommodate you.
PETS:
All pets must be on a leash at all times. Please be sure to pick-up after your pet. New town laws cite hefty fines for unleashed dogs on the beach – your expense.
PARKING INFORMATION:
All campers parked on the outside perimeter must be backed in - NO awning to awning in these areas. This will be strictly enforced. Please be aware that there will be cars allowed to park in the East Parking Lot. Parking will also be available in the West Parking Lot (until full), and across the street.
GENERATORS:
Generators may be run from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and must be vented above your camper. PLEASE be courteous to you neighbors, as we must all get along together. Remember your NAFCA 7 C’s.
CONFIRMATION LETTER:
If you would like a confirmation letter, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your reservation.

Rhode Island Clam Chowder or Hot Dogs on Friday night (FREE!), dinners (prepaid reservation only) on Saturday night, DJs and entertainment both nights, Chinese Auction, Food and Liquor Basket Raffles, Luck of the Draw Horseshoes, Sand Castle Contest (let’s get some group participation – you don’t have to be a chapter - any group'll do!), and of course the famous Pancake House runs ($1 per person for the bus).
TOURS:
We will be offering the downtown Newport trip (shopping!) and possibly others (still in the works!) for a small fee.
