Car Of the month
The first car will be mine. My 1974 tii,which I bought three
years ago on ebay. The car looked ok on the pics, the interior looked
worn out. I took a gamble because the car had just been smogged in California
no easy feat for even new cars.
I flew from San diego to San Fransisco to pickup the car, the owner
was waiting for me at the airport, looked over the car started right up
So I gave him his money
The journey back to San diego all alone. I brought with me all the essentials,
money, cell phone and a AAA card. I never been north of palm springs, so no
idea how to get back. My plan was to take the 5 freeway south, but getting out of San Fransisco
I took the wrong freeway,I didn't know his at the time hey but at least I was heading south. The it turn to comedy
when I went to get gas, after a couple of hours I figured I was not on the 5 freeway, but on the 101 south. The problem is
that at 1am is nothing out there and I needed gas. The needle was kind of low, and this was my first time on the car.
