A look can tell you a million things, just as a picture tells a thousand words. A myriad of emotions can flit across a person's face in a single look. Anguish, betrayal, joy, hope, all in an instant. The look on someone's face can sometimes cut more deeply than any words or actions that may have accompanied it.
 But looks can also be deceiving. A glance across a crowed room can give the appearance that everything was fine, normal, like the past two years had never happened. But they had. There was no denying it, there was no going back.
