once upon a time, in a garage not far away, five kids got together and decided to start a band.  amoung them were dj loney and luke enterline (who had been in previous bands together), will flanagan and chris james (who had also been in "bands" together, actually just a joke) and a 19 year old freshman named tye goodpasture.  they were the members who would become "anti-hippies-of-america", later to be renamed "the problems".  we were inspired by everything and absolutely nothing at all.  from nov. 4 1998 to the beginning of 2002, the problems pumped out one album, played roughly 10 shows and made lots of cheap merchandise/videos/record companies and things of that sort.  in accordance to that data, we had no motivation.  don't get me wrong, i loved the band and all the people in it, (except for chris) but they were all going nowhere too fast.  i had been in side projects all along the way including gooberness and later started to jam with a guy named testes.  he was a drummer and i thought he was terrible at first.  so i started to put more effort into jamming around with testes and soon found a bass player, matt schneider.  i knew my place on earth and it was to be a musician.  i wasn't going to let the down fall of my family band (the problems) demise affect my destiny so i was all about the band with testes.  now that i think about it, me and schneider had the idea first and i knew of a guy that dj was jamming with in a band called bohica.  that was testes.  after sitting in on thier practices for a while, i would slowly worm my way into being one of the group.  dj would hardly ever come to practice for he had a girlfrind.  so i took dj's spot, played guitar and did the singing.   i introduced matt and testes together and we started to rock from the get-go.  so it had formed, the original trio.  me on guitar and vocals, matt on bass and beer and testes on drums.  testes and i had just met but i could tell he was a great guy.  matt i knew for a while and well...he was matt.  so it was three friends together, none of which had screwed over fellow friends, a clean slate if you will.  a few months after we formed, i heard some terrible new about my x girlfriend.  she has an addiction to dick and she had been sleeping around on a handful of guys.  zach opheim had pointed out to me that she had slept with three out of the five members of the problems.  then it clicked.  wow!  what a great idea.  we can have a great name and slander the deasonbeast (that would be kc deason, if you have ever heard of her, beweare...) at the same time!  and it was a hell of a lot better then the name we were tossing up in the air.    so i made stickers and disbursed them everywhere, paying speacial attention to her car.  the word was out, and we were here to stay.  now matt is gone, cody is here for a while and the best is yet to come.  -will
