This is about a 130 degree split, which is a ruff guess, I could do a full 180, maybe 190 which is about the most that a person could go, I even tried to do like Jean Claude Van Damm, between two chairs, and could pull it off at the time, but for now this is the most that I can do, though I do stretch still, and can still get my kicks over my head.
