sure this idea has been at least thought about by plenty of people
many times before. I know it's fluttered through my mind quite
a few times so finally I decided to do something about it. So,
imagine if you will, Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan, and
Billy Boyd working a day care centre for small children. Sure,
Sean may be responsible but the abilities of the other three are
questionable. So here's what you have. Before I delve
into the run down, let me give you a quick lesson on
disclaimers. I don't know Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic
Monaghan, or Billy Boyd personally and therefore am not able to hook
you up on a date with any of them. So don't bother
asking. This also contains many ideas, etc. referenced to or
given birth to in either "Adventures with Lij" or my
"inspirational" chat sessions; all of which are contained
here in the appropriate sections.
As
for what this fic is about... well, as it goes, one day Mav gets a
"brilliant" idea to start a day care centre to make
money. In all her brilliant scheming, she decides to get the
four hobbit guys to actually do the work, resulting in less than
perfect but somewhat favourable experiences. As it should be
known from "Adventures with Lij", DOm and Lij aren't the
most responsible men in existence and therefore drive Sean to sheer
madness. Billeh is always unfortunately caught in the middle
of things, enduring seemingly endless suffering only to have his
"Story Time with Uncle Billeh" audience fall asleep due to
his horrible taste in books.
This
was originally meant to be part of "Adventures with Lij"
but with so many possibilities for events, it was decided to make
this into a series of its own. "Beautifully" but no
doubt creatively titled by Mav, "Little Sprite Daycare"
(or LSD for short) is written taking accounts by days from the birth of the
business to the eventual closing. Some days are written by
myself, others by Mav.
