All remaining media and images are the property of Saines. All artwork/fan fiction and other content submitted by persons not directly involved in the maintenance of the site are the property of their respective owners.

Content Use
Anything sent to the webmaster such as images, fan art, fan fiction, news/information etc are the property of their respective owners. Any use of these submissions on your own sites are forbidden without the expressed consent and permission from the owners. Any images, fan fiction, artwork, news/information placed on the site by the administrator cannot be used for anything other than personal use (ie. display images on desktop or print fan fiction for reading etc.) without express permission from the administrator.

The Dark Place does not give permission to link to any media related files (including video files, sound files and programs). Any site found doing this will be reported to the Host Administrator(s) and action will be taken to prevent further use of the media files.
