In addition to agreeing to the statement shown before you register for an account, please note the following. Failure to comply may result in account deletion, IP address banning and possible reports to your ISP.

Rules
Use of a FALSE/FAKE email address will result in the deletion of the account, WITHOUT WARNING, Accounts not used for a length of time may be deleted.
Everyone has the right to their option, we DO NOT tolerate attacks on people’s character, or attacks on people because they have a particular option. We respect everyone for who they are, regardless of age, sex, alternative lifestyles, education levels, religious or ethnic background, mental capacity, disabilities, even if you thought "Dude, Where's my Car?" was a good movie.
Everyone also has the right to be respected as an individual. Everyone has their comfort levels about what is acceptable to them, and those should not be crossed. This would apply mainly to issues such as RPG and unwanted attention, (i.e. continued flirting, after one part has made it clear he or she wishes it to stop).
Anything that could be deemed as harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
We promote the ideas of :
NO FLAMING IS ALLOWED, and will result in becoming banned from the board. Everyone is entitled to their own option, and everyone should respect that right.
By flaming we mean :
A flame is an anger-filled/condescending and negative post directed towards a person or persons. It's not just a disagreement, but rather is more of a personal attack towards the target. We do tolerate all opinions here but they have to be expressed in a way such that they respect others' opinions, and the disregard for this will definitely get you banned from the board.
ADULT CONTENT is anything that you would not feel comfortable talking to your grandparents with youngsters around. We ask that it be kept to your own little computer.
We have smilies for you to use, NO IMAGES will be allowed in posts, which will lead to automatic deletion if you figure out how to do it (which will be hard becuase we disable the features).

You can add a user image, as long as it's linked from ELSEWHERE.
No SPAMMING!!!
SPAMming is, most commonly, off-topic posts. SPAM is also gratuitous advertisements and such that may or may not have anything to do with anime. One of our board regulars advertising their page isn't SPAM, but someone who just signs up for a day and/or advertises their page/services, sometimes even in multiple forums, is SPAMming.
-Threads considered to be SPAM advertising will be immediately removed on sight.
