This section of Classic RPG is dedicated to two of Squaresoft's great games, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.

Now I know this page hasn't had much on it, but I (Captain) took it upon myself to make this page a cool page.
Captain: I will say that I don't know too much about Chrono Trigger, but I will say that I know a lot about Chrono Cross.

Otaku: We'll post secrets and side quests here, so stay tuned!

Captain: Ok! Now for some Chrono Cross secrets...

As you know there a lot of characters that you can get in Chrono Cross. Here's how you can get some of the more "secret" ones. They aren't really secret, but not easy to recruit either. Ok, here goes...

Turnip: When you have either the Ice Breath or the Ice Gun, use it on the smoldering patch of ground in Hermit's Hideaway. It will say vegetation will grow here now (or something like that). When Serge is reborn, visit that same place with Poshul in your party. Set her at the front and press X in front of the patch. Poshul will dig and dig until Turnip pops out and joins your party. He's really awesome!

Skelly: Skelly, in my opinion, is probably the hardest character to get. You need to find all of his body parts (I'm not telling you where they are. It ruins the surprise) and talk to his grandmother in Termina. Her house is to the right of the Viper Statue/Person-On-Horse statue. You'll know if you have all the parts because Skelly's parts will be out of your key items list. Leave the house and walk in again, Skelly will join your party. His Tech Skills are sorta funny. Don't let the Guide fool you! He's not that great!

Draggy: Now Draggy's not too difficult to recruit but if you don't do right away, he's 10 times more difficult to get. When you are in Fort Dragonia and about to fight Dark Serge (obviously you have to be Lynx), go the elevator. Normally, you would go up, but instead choose to go down. There you will find 5 or 6 incubators. All of them are broken but one. Oh yeah, you need the Big Egg in your Key Item list. You get that way early in the game in Fossil Valley (Another World). Help the Acacia people with the "restless spirit" (it's Skelly's head) and then go down the ladder to the left. A guy will yell at you, but ignore him. There's a Dodo down that ladder (he's a bit tough this early in the game), so just run to the pile of eggs, grab the egg and run back up the ladder. OK! Now that that is out of the way, place the Big Egg into the incubator. In a minute, the egg will hatch and Draggy will pop out. He think's you are his mother (or motherrr in Draggy speech) and join your party. He's not too bad. it's kinda funny to listen to him talk and you can get his Level 7 Tech Skill just by going back to Fossil Valley (after Serge is reborn) with Draggy in your party and talking to the big dragon skeleton. They (Draggy and the skeleton spirit, his mom) talk a bit and you get his Level 7 Tech Skill. Yay!

Otaku: Okay, that's my cue. This is the Otaku here, and this is the part about Chrono Trigger.

The only reason you're reading this is because you know and love Chrono Trigger, right?
You can download it here
.

You might also want the emulator, so go to the SNES9X homepage

Anyhow, here's a little something that most of you already know.

You can be innocent at Crono's trial if you help the cat back to the girl, not eat the old man's lunch, and answer that the royal wealth didn't tempt you at all.
