Time: The time in the game is June 2, 2002, the beginning of summer.

Setting: Most of the game is set in Houston, Texas, and some at Galveston Beach on the Gulf Coast. It's best to live in Texas, or have your character move to Houston. Somehow, coincidentally, most of the characters will meet in some way or another, whether it's through another character or such.

Places: Here are a few places in the game just for starters. Yes, these places really do exist! These are all in/near Houston. I tried to be as accurate as possible, but, I live near Houston, not exactly in it ^_^;; Just go there a lot, and get different yearbooks from them in the journalism department. Ye don't have to play in these spots, these are just helpful suggestions and samples ;)

Katy High School - Located in Katy, Texas, just outside and west of Houston, this 5A high school competes around Texas. Mascot: Tiger. School colors: for the game, gold and black.

Memorial High School - located on Echo Lane, this 5A school in Houston offers basically anything you can think of. West Houston, if I'm correct. School mascot: mustang; school colors: for the game, blue and white.

Westfield High School - Another 5A high school, located off of FM 1960 running through north Houston. Mascot: mustang. School colors: red and white.

University of Houston - Home of "The Spirit of Houston" marching band, U of H is one of the top places in Texas to attend classes. School mascot: Cougar, School colors: scarlet and white. (Where the GM perhaps might be going!)

University of Texas @ Austin - If you want to drive 150 miles to get to Houston in the game, Austin is another one of the prominent universities in Texas. (Where the GM REALLY wants to go.) Schoo mascot: LONGHORN! School colors: white and burnt orange, baby, burnt orange. A rival to U of H, and a main rival to aTm, TAMU.(see next)

Texas aTm University @ College Station - The home to Revellie IX?, the "Aggie's" collie dog mascot. Rival to UT @ Austin. Both love to compete nationally in sports with each other. Located in College Station, Texas, not too far of a drive from northwest Houston.

Houston Museum of Natural Science - Located in downtown Houston, this beautiful museum houses an enormous breathtaking cone-shaped butterfly exhibit and a huge, very intimidating iMAX theatre. Many school trips from across Texas are taken by classes from young to high schoolers.

NASA Space Center - Located in south Houston, this nationally recognized space center is the site of many launches for the United States, and is also a spot for school trips.

Katy Mills Mall - Located just outside the west side of Houston, this enormous mall has shops ranging from Windsor to Charotte Russe to Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger. American Eagle is included, a nice food court also, and a huge 21 screen AMC movie theatre. Super Wal-mart is right across the freeway, too. The Lone Star Cafe is across the mall, along with a Pizza Hut and a Chuck E Cheese.
