We are simply once again, placing this laws as temp through phase 1 & 2 for the New Order.One Phase 3 kicks in. IT will be decided then, what Rules or Laws remain official, what is changed or what needed to be added.

1. In the realm of Ayenee. if a Clan wishs or chooses to put a KoS on a Character. The reason must be passed and voted on and agreed to by the CPA (Crystal Promise Alleince). If this is not done and a KoS ( Kill on Sight) is place onto a character with out the CPA permission or Clearence. The Clan or Group or Kingdom or Family, Shall be removed from the Realm of Ayenee till they have submitted to the CPA, to why they should be let back in.

2. If a Person is on KoS. Safe havens DO NOT protect a person on KoS. However, Safe Havens may only protect those of that are not Willing or Wishing to Fight. However, if a person draws out any form of Weapon, for any reason, even if its not for fighting or not to hurt anyone. any Character in the realm fo Ayenee shoudlpull out any form of weapon, That will no longer be protect by the Safe Haven law that may be posted in the topic of the room that is part of the Ayenee Realm. The Expection to this rule is unless a SotryLine (SL) is going on in the room and the CPS, or the CPSS or the Justicars must be inform of this befor hand. If not, a Warning will be given.

3. All Rules and Laws will BE enforced.

4. Bars and Pubs and/or taverns are NOT safe Havens. YOu maybe killed and Will and Can BE FORCED into a battle. I suggest strongly not to take your characters in to any places such as those within the Realm of Ayenee. YOu will lose your character. However, the only Fighting styles that are allowd in the taverns, Pubs or bars of Ayenee, is Speed fighting. 3-3-2. HOWEVER, Bar Tenders or workers of the Pubs, taverns and/or bars are not harmed at all.All voilence is nulled to them and they can not harm anyone while working.
