King kai can teach you kaio ken(can triple attack power But if used to often can take its toll on your body by making you rest for two turns and lose some of your power level during battle)and spirit bomb use turns to add power to this attack but if you add too much you can destroy the entire planet and everyone on it)
Goku can teach you instant tranmission(takes you anywhere instantly)
Garlic Jr can teach you Dead Zone Kills every one around you And yourself if not carefull
