A suggested exercise...Take a few minutes, stop whatever it is you are doing or thinking, empty your mind. Take a slow deep breath. Hold it a moment...pick your word below, and as you exhale slowly, center your thoughts on that word, think of the ramifications of that word as it generally relates to you or how you personally relate to it. Click on that word, and as the page loads, refine your thoughts, then click on the Feedback Generator button. Write those thoughts, send them to us and we will see that your idea (or picture) on that thought is posted for all to read and ponder.
