Miranda stands five feet, six inches tall.  Her elbow length, straight blonde hair is usually thrown into a quick pony tail.  Sometimes she braids it.  The braids being more elaborate depending on the time she had when getting ready to leave her room.  Honey-colored skin, soft brown eyes and a quick smile make Miranda a stunning beauty, although Miranda sincerely has not a clue she *is* beautiful.

She tends to dress in her native soft leathers whenever possible.  Although she dons the Academy tunics as  required.   She took quite a while to get used to the feel of the material.

Miranda has natural talent for studying the world around her and picking up details and nuiances most people miss.  She is a warm, loving sort of person but few know this about her.

Miranda has been seen as 'a loner' because she doesn't speak the language well and in her frustration she withdraws or simply doesn't speak much.  Only after being here at the Academy for these years has she begun to be able to understand and speak well enough to converse, however, she still remains a bit aloof having suffered from more than a few 'barbs' sent her way by the more fortunate and less tactful of the student body.   She has gravitated toward Daenara Riordan because of her natural artistic flair and Dae's easy way of making students feel at ease.

Miranda has simply astounded Jenna and Warrick.  Her ability to handle all but the most fractious equines, many of THEM coming to Miranda as well, has made Jenna curious about the mostly silent girl.  Her smile is most often seen when in the presence of equines.   Her soft lilting native tongue can be heard when speaking to the equines who seem to understand her.

Miranda was brought to the Academy by a Uen Roug Recruiter from Derrico.  After she observed the incredible way Miranda could handle equines.  (Even the Roug'sbonded responded to the shy young girl.)  Kody Two-Rivers was the only person at the Academy Miranda could converse with so, she has a great attachment to the housemistress.
