MistyHawk and LoneBear : Parents still
living in the Tantari Brotherhood of the Feather. MistyHawk is the spiritual
leader for the Brotherhood and it is expected Miranda must take this place.
The Brotherhood is not happy about her leaving.

to the Academy although he went right back out on circuit and Miranda has
not seen him again since.)

Miranda stands five feet, six inches tall. Her elbow length, straight blonde hair is usually thrown into a quick pony tail. Sometimes she braids it. The braids being more elaborate depending on the time she had when getting ready to leave her room. Honey-colored skin, soft brown eyes and a quick smile make Miranda a stunning beauty, although Miranda sincerely has not a clue she *is* beautiful.

Classes in summary (using Terrible, Poor, Fair/Average, Good, Excellent/Astounding):
EARTH LAWS - A very scholarly class that Miranda does poorly in because it requires better understanding of the language and Uen culture. Once she understands the language she will show remarkable understanding and advance quickly. GOOD, if she had more expertise with the language this class would not have been difficult for her.
SURVIVAL - Due to her abilities learned in her childhood this class is easily understood, even for a young girl from the wilds, with little Uenese. She EXCELS in this class.
RIDING - Miranda's skill with equines is amazing to Jenna and several others. Her natural methods seem to instill instant communication with the equine mind. Some call her talent with horses magical although Verity has been quick to dismiss this rumor. Miranda excels in this class.
ROUG OPERATIONS - This class is so foreign
to her she is lost. She does not do well until late in her
academic career when she better understands the
language.
HISTORY/MYTHOLOGY - Again, this is too strange and bizarre for her. The cultural difference and language has her baffled until late in her academic career.
ARCHERY/PROJECTILE WEAPONS - She can use these weapons very well but shows no great interest in them. She does do well but seems a trifle 'bored' with this class.
CLOSE COMBAT/WEAPONS - She has found this class stimulating and challenging. Coul's brusque manner challenges her and she rises to the challenge with a sparkling grin. She will push her already fit body to the limits to provide even Arthos with a challenge.
DIPLOMACY/LANGUAGES - Miranda is LOST here until about 109... She will pass but she does not comprehend until about 109 what this is all about.
LEADERSHIP - Miranda will do poorly here also until about 110. By then she begins to understand the language and shows remarkable possibilities when tested.
MAGIC PRINCIPLE - It was decided Miranda would have to be taught by Dae. Remarkable because of her aversion to magic but she loves Daenara and responds well to her. Dae is able to show her the basics and Miranda passes but does not like this area of study. She seems to fear all Wyn, except Daenara.
ART CLASS- Miranda has proven to be an expert sculptor and is able to do incredible wood carvings from the time she arrived. Dae has taken her under wing because of the skill she possesses and has used this successfully to bring Miranda out of her shell a bit. (Daenara enlisted Kody's help which gave her the edge with the reluctant Tantari girl.)
