Okay, okay! So I LOVE music. As a ceative entity I'm very much drawn to the way other people view the world. I get into a lot of music, all kinds. My current genres of choice are mainly hip hop, rap, and reggae, occasionally techno. This page is not dedicated to them.
The thing with me and my music is this: I'll find a new album to torture and I'll listen to nothing else for anywhere from a couple months to a full year, and then I can't stand them anymore for a long time. Previous winners of the Overplayed Award are: Madonna, Luscious Jackson, Poe, Erykah Badu, Sneaker Pimps, No Doubt, The Roots, 311, Alanis Morissette, The Cranberries, ICP, Chemical Brothers--tell me when to stop--The Cardigans, Bloodhound Gang, Busta Rhymes, Lil' Kim(okay, she's still current). . . . All right, all right, you get the point. I like a LOT of music.
Anyway, the first link takes you to my stance on the whole Napster situation. You MUST go to this page immediately if you are as opposed to the record companies behind the whole piracy fiasco as I am. As in yesterday, buddy, so gets ta clickin.
The next six are some of my all time favorites that I NEVER get sick of. Depending on artist, I may actually just harp about one specific album.
The last four are my more recent favorites, whose statuses are, as of yet, undetermined. I threw them on here because I felt like mercilessly ranting just because I can.
On these pages you'll find links to other sites dedicated to these lively individuals. CHECK THEM OUT! Only if you're as passionate as me about any of these bands.
Enjoy, and don't go getting too trigger happy with that mouse, buddy! I wouldn't want any site-related injuries on my hands, now would I?
I love Napster. . . .Death to record companies!!
