Turn out the lights the party's over
Mood:  party time!
Now Playing: There's plenty here for everyone, so come get you some! --10,000 witnesses CLUTCH
Wow, what a week and a half, or two weeks, or however long it was. I'm getting too old for this shit, but had a blast in Vegas, I don't think the people I went with will ever be the same, but good times were had by all! Vegas is just the place for lushed out old hippies like myself looking for a goodtime, or I should say downtown Vegas is. Didn't get to see everything I wanted to there, but I did hit all my major points on my to-do list. No Area 51, but major drinking --check and double check. And just to clarify I wasn't sick, it was a dry heave!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

and then SOTU and clutch! WOW, glad I have good friends that took care of the driving duties for me. That could have been very bad, but I was fully prepared to get a hotel room in downtown tulsa, but luckily we piloted big red home safe and sound, I went out again and didn't get back till 6 the next morning and we had to leave by 11. it's all good. I am a trained professional, don't try this at home. Little rock is hella long way to go, and about 3 hours into the drive I was thinking what the hell, but the motel 6 room in ghettoland with it's built in bottle opener by the sink kicked ass! I forgot my shower shoes and I severly hope my feet don't fall off.

But now the fun and games are over and back to work I go. at least I have some memories to hold me over until I get the urge to do this again!

3 day bender
Wow! It's almost time. My blood is too thick for this climate.

I'd like to think I'm a man of average intelligence. Some people would differ, and that's their right, but I like to get into situations where it's damn near impossible to get out of. I think that's why I love offroading so much. I got into this, how do I get out? Heavy drinking levels the playing field in my mind and the most simple routines become damn near impossible. I almost fucked up bad at me job, but all is good. I piloted the spacecraft home at warp speed, and still get to work.

Get the winch out and hook up. Patch the tire and lets get the hell out of here and start anew.

Mood:  blue
Now Playing: Elliot Smith random song
6 years ago this week and there isn't a day goes by I don't think about 'em. When will it ever end. Cold beer only goes so far. Then the demons start. Smile and nod all is good. My pride is the only thing that hurts. and what is pride, comes before the fall is all. What the fuck do we know? I just pray that death does not end it, I just pray that they don't laugh at me in the end, because they know it's all a joke and I don't. Cheers, good times. Blondes really do have more fun, but do I? it's the 20th why do they test on that day? Why is my urine an indicator of how good of a job I can do. Welcome to the land of the free! Wear your seatbelt at all times, and please wait until the ride comes to a full and complete stop before exiting to the left.

Good Times Always! Always!

Life is good!
Now Playing: ICP
Life is good! What else can I say. I know nobody still drops by here, so I don't know why I even write this silly crap, but Ozzfest, reverend Horton Heat, Seether, Todd Snider, cold beer, Sounds of the Underground, it's gonna be a good summer.

That is all

Now Playing: Your the nearest thing to heaven -- Johnny Cash.
I think Yahoo! Music reads my mind. It always starts out with a johnny song when I play it.

Once I had, a little game
I liked to crawl back into my brain
I think you know the game I mean
I mean the game called 'go insane'

It's such a fun lil game to play I think.

I want the ride to stop, I'm sick of these stinky boots. I want flowers in my garden dig.

yes I'm in a johnny cash/jim morrison mood. Strange bedfellows I know.

If you put a frog in a hot pan of water he'll jump out right away, but if instead you put him in cold water and turn the heat on, he won't have sense enough to jump out, he'll just sit there and boil to death...............

Work is getting more fucked up every day. I swear I've loaded up my toolbox for less than this, but I keep hanging around. I know it'll be pretty near the same everywhere I go, so why bother, unless the desert calls that is. Companies are not content to let you do your time without making a fuss. They know they have you over the barrell cause for every person that leaves there are ten more just waiting to come in and get screwed. I just want to put in a few more years. All I need is a pocketfull of gold for my few meager dreams. I'm thankfull that my wants are few in that regard. They are getting harder and harder to meet in todays society.

good times

Now Playing: Country boy aint got no shoes, country boy don't have no blues
Well maybe he has the blues.

So I'm off my raging madness spell. Work still sucks, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Big Companies don't give a damn about people is all, once you learn to deal with that it's all good I suppose. Take em for what you can, cause they sure as hell do the same to you. I've started the first of three classes I want to take and the company will pay for, so as soon as I get these resume fillers done I could care less what happens. They are set your own pace online courses so I should be able to blast through them rather quickly.

Anyways.

Here I am, I'm still working way too many hours, but the money is good and I can't complain. I got offered yet another TV today. I'm not taking them now out of general stubborness. Today's offering was a 48 inch big screen a few years old, but still a good picture. I'm tired of people giving me shit. If I don't have something it's because I don't want the something. I have more than I need and don't use half of what I have.

We shall see.

Hey you standing in the ailse with itchy feet and fading smile
Mood:  lyrical
Now Playing: Hey you -- PINK FLOYD
Big Brother is always watching you!

I sometimes forget that, but he is ever present just waiting for you to slip up.

It's all being recorded.

We know what you did last fall.

Don't be suprised when a crack in the ice appears under your feet.

It doesn't bother me that I was busted, the punishment is not that bad, I admit I am guilty as charged, but the lies I will not stand for.

Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.

Good times. :)

mmmmm nothing fixes a bad day better than a couple (six packs) of your favorite adult beverages.

What is reality? How do you define it? It's something that we sense, but what if our senses are wrong? Do I see the same colours as you do? Language is used to describe our reality, but what do the words mean. Language is a Virus. Words become images when spoken, but images not of the word itself, but of our 'reality' of what it means to us. Home means something different to everybody. It mutates when it's spoken and might become something totally different than what you intended.

We just never know how we look through other peoples eyes I suppose.
