Mark-Mark Allan Hoppus was born March 15,1972 in Ridgecrest,California with his mom,Connie,and little sister,Anne. His parents devorced when he was 8.At the age of 15 Mark got his first bass guitar as a gift for helping his dad painting the house.Mark's mom never let him cuse but seperating 2 siblings like Mark and Anne made their lifes suck,with Mark with their dad in Washington and Anne back in California with their mom.Later Mark moved backed to California a day after that Anne introduced Mark to her friend Tom DeLonge in 1990.It was love at first sight.Mark on bass and Tom on guitar they had their first practice.That night mark wanted to impress Tom so he climbed the lamp pole in front of Tom house.He got all the way upand jumped down.He cracked both of his ancles and was on crutches for the next 2 weeks.They got a drummer named Scott Rayner in 1992.Mark , Scott and Tom were Blink-182.Blink-182 put out demo tapes , 2 records They Came to Conqure Uranus,Lemmings , 8 cds Cheshire Cat,Budda,Dude Ranch.Then with their new drummer Travis, they released Enema of the State,The Mark, Tom , and Travis Show, and Take off your Pants and Jacket(which came in 3 different limited edition versions one for each member of the band). In the year 2001 Mark got married to Skye Everly,the following year during the tour Skye had a baby boy, Together they now live in Southern California
