A/N remember words between ( ) are al behd.

“(Gippal, Gippal,)” a frantic female voice yelled, interupting into the al behd’s workout.

Gippal looked up, seeing an elderly al behd women approaching him. Gippal raised his eyebrow, wondering what was wrong with the women.

“(What’s wrong,)” Gippal asked, when the women reached him?

Crying the women gasped for breath, “(It’s horrible, so horrible,)” she said, collapsing in Gippal’s arms.

Gippal’s eyes went wide when he saw that the lady had passed out. Picking her up he made his way to Yuna’s hut.

“OPEN THE DOOR,” Gippal yelled.

Yuna jumped when she heard his yell, dropping the plate she was drying. Watching out for the glass, she ran to the door. When she opened it, her eyes went wide, and her mouth dropped open in an ‘o’ of surprise.

“What happened, Gippal,” Yuna asked, leading him to her room. “Lay her here,” she said, pulling the covers on her bed down.

Gippal laid the women down, brushing her gray hair out of her eyes, “I don’t know. She was calling my name, and she keep on saying it’s horrible, before she passed out.”

Yuna looked down at the women and frowned, “poor thing,” she said, raising her arms and casting cure on the women.

Rikku and Baralai walked into the hut talking like old friends, when they noticed the broken glass on the floor. Their eyes went wide in fear. “Yuna,” Rikku called!

“Gippal,” Baralai called at the same time as Rikku!

Yuna walked out of her room, followed by a frowning Gippal. Baralai frowned, hating to see Gippal look that way. “What’s wrong, baby,” Baralai asked, crossing the room and pulling the al behd into a hug.

“Yunie,” Rikku quietly said, going to her cousin. “What’s wrong?” Without thinking she hugged her. Yuna sniffled into Rikku’s neck.

“A al behd women came to see Gippal, and she was talking about something being terrible, then she passed out. She’s in my room.”

“Oh,” Rikku said, squeezing Yuna tighter.

Baralai looked at Gippal, “do you know her?”

Gippal shook his head no, “I’ve never seen her, but she knew me.”

“(AHHHH,)” a scared yell could be heard from Yuna’s room.

The four friends jumped and ran into the room, when the now woken up women saw them she got a scared look on her face, “(No, don’t hurt me, please,)” she pleaded.

“(Hurt you,)” Gippal said confused, “(It’s me, Gippal, you acted like you knew me.)”

The women looked at Gippal and her fear lessened when she saw who it was, “(Oh, Gippal, it’s horrible.)”

Gippal frowned and set next to the women, “(What’s horrible?)”

The women shook as she tried to sit up in the bed, Gippal leaned forward and helped her sit up, “(My village was attacked, I’m the only one that survived,)” The women cried.

Yuna and Rikku started to cry, understanding the women’s words, Baralai just frowned knowing something bad had happened. Gippal was chalk white.

“(That is horrible,)” Gippal said, taking the women’s hands in his, “(I’m so sorry.)”

The women sadly smiled, “(It’s okay, I just wanted to see you before I died.)”

“(What, died...and how do you know me?)”

“(I’m called Malika, and I’m your grandmother. I never knew of you till I found something in my daughters belongings. It was a picture of you and your mother. On the back it said your name.)”

Gippal smiled, tears running down his good eye, this women was his grandmother. Gippal cried, throwing his arms around the frail frame of Malika. He had lost his mother a long time ago, and never knew he had any family left out there.

Sniffing, Gippal looked up at his grandmother, “(How did you find me?)”

Malika smiled, “(You’re famous, your name and picture is all over Spira. You’re a hero. I thought Gippal was a pretty rare name, so I hoped with all my might, that you were my grandson. And now that I’m here seeing you, I know you are. Your smile and the color of your eye is the exact same as your dear mother.)”

“(Oh, I guess it hasn’t really sank in how famous we all are. Can I ask something?)”

Malika smiled at Gippal, “(Of course.)”

Gippal frowned, “(How...I mean, how was your village attacked? It wasn’t humans was it?)”

Malika’s eyes darkened, “(No, it wasn’t humans. It was in the dead of night, and a bunch of fiends attacked. It happened so fast there was nothing anyone could do. I survived beca-----well I really don’t know how or why. It happened the night I learned of you, and decided to leave and find you.)”

“Yuna,” Gippal asked the teary eyed girl?

“Yes.”

“Um, can she stay here for awhile?”

“O.of course, she can.”

“Thank you, Yuna.”

“No problem.”

Malika looked to the two as they talked back and forth, “(What, were you two saying?)”

Gippal smiled, brushing her hair out of her eyes, “She said you could stay here for awhile.”

Malika smiled, “(Tell her thank you.)”

Yuna smiled, “(I can speak al behd, and you're welcome.)”

Malika yawned, making Gippal jump up, “(You’re exhausted, you need some rest.)”

“(Thank you, Gippal,)” Malika murmured, as she fell asleep.

Everyone quietly exited the room, going to the living room. Yuna went to clean up the mess she had made and Rikku, Gippal and Baralai went and set down.

“Poor, women,” Rikku sighed.

“Um,” Baralai spoke, “can anyone tell me, what went on in there?”

Gippal smacked his head, “I’m so sorry, Baralai,” he hugged his boyfriend and started to explain everything that had happened in the bedroom.
