I've passed my exam today, I'm so happy. I can concentrate on my diet now. My mom gave me a weighing machine for my birthday so I kno now what's my weight: 68,6kg. I was happier no knowing.

Just came back from the vacation. I've gained 2kg there!!! I must lose it... and much more. Now. I have to go to my drandmother for the lounch. I don't know what to do. I heard that it helps to eat 2 or 3 spoons of apple vinegar before food... I'll try that if I have to eat something...

My father enforced me to eat a salad. My first and last food today.
It's so hot. I don't feel hungry in this heat, that's great....
