I am pretty simple when it comes to the big screen. Movies for me are broken down into two categories. Mainstream Hollywood and everything else. Here are some movies from both areas that I like. I might get around to writing some blurbs about why I am partial to these films, but I am too tired tonight. I also added Luc Besson's movies because he is an incredible writer/director.
