Lompang
Lompang is made from wheat flour, sugar and must be steamed for about half and hour. When
it is done, Lompang is ready to be eaten with shredded coconut that complete to
the taste. Best enjoyed especially during tea as a dessert. This kuih is popular
in Southern Peninsular of Malaysia.
