Dodol

Dodol, takes long hours to prepare and its enquire mostly manpower to stir it from the start till it is ready to cool off. Made from glutinous rice cooked with coconut milk, added with durian or pandan as a flavor this traditional delicacy is stand test of time (evergreen). Dodol is popular especially during festive season like Hari Raya and other important festivals. It is also called as traditional Malay sweet cakes, a must just like Chinese Kuih Bakul.
