Email
If you have an email address, we would appreciate it if you can provide it to the Association secretary (Becky McDermott). This is the easiest and most economic way for the Board to communicate with homeowners. If you can provide an email address, please email it to beckymcdermott@worldnet.att.net

Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Association was held on Thursday April 3rd, 2003. See the link to the minutes on the left.

Common Area Improvements
The Board has identified over the last year that improvements need to be made to the common area. Specifically, attention needs to be paid to the monument and the center median. The Board tasked two homeowners with coming up with some ideas which were presented at the Annual Meeting. Members in attendance at the Annual Meeting agreed that improvements need to be made. A committee chaired by Margaret Gaylor was formed and is due to present improvement plans to the Board near the first of June.

Complaints
Any and all complaints regarding covenant violations or specific complaints against homeowners should be made in writing and sent to the Association address.

Pet Owners
There have been a number of complaints regarding homeowners who walk their dogs and do not clean up after them. Please bring a bag or newspaper along with you on your walk and clean up after your pet as needed. People who take great care with their landscaping will appreciate it very much and this will go a long way to making our community more pleasing and enjoyable by all.

Weeds
Please note that all homeowners are responsible landscaping maintenance such that each lot is kept in a neat and attractive manner. All grass, mass plantings and other plantings shall be moved, trimmed and cut as necessary at regular intervals. If you have weeds growing in your front yard and/or median, please remove them on a regular basis.

Vacant Board Position
Board member Mike Baldridge recently resigned from the Board when he moved from the neighborhood. As a result, we have a vacant position that needs to be filled. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Bob Simmons.
