The concept that formed the foundation C.S.S. Inc. was our motivation to develop a proactive response to three of our nation’s most significant challenges in the energy field.

·        First, to reduce our nations dependence on foreign oil.

·        Second, to reduce the levels of airborne environmental pollution with increased use of reformulated fuel

·        Third, to proactively bolster the Midwest American farming community and to strengthen the value of the crops.

Our Mission

Is to provide a positive economic impact to the city of Evansville Illinois and Randolph County by increasing the tax base by opening new businesses, employing the local residents with fair wages, and expanding the local river front.
