to the right will be an explanation about each category.... I would love if someone would do some kind of historical research to explain how a certain gathering of food was done.  

Examples for each page:

Desserts must have been made from honey.... bees... etc.

chocolate... what is the history of chocolate

yeast... bready stuff....

what does breaking the fast mean and what did they eat for breakfast way back when?

how does one pluck a duck or a chicken or other fowlish things

the hunting of venison and the raising of cattle

tales from the sea... fishing in those days???  What sort of fish did they catch?  Did they cure them? Put them in a barrel with brine?

some information about spices from far away places

Why soup was so important to the lower classes

What was a medieval garden like?

How was wine made, how was mead made, how was whiskey made?

Finally we need to decide where the contributions for this book is going.  We need to make that a big deal.
