4.1 Work Breakdown Structure
A
work breakdown structure is a hierarchical decomposition
of the project into phases, activities and tasks. For this
project, we have identified major phases involved in the
software development and decomposed those phases into activities
or tasks. This is essential so that each task represents
a manageable amount of work that can be planned, scheduled
and assigned.
