5.1 Team Structure
Due
to the small size of the project team, the team will be
organized in an ego – less ( democratic ) structure,
where the entire group will make most of the decisions together.
Each person will work on multiple tasks throughout the development
process in addition to their main role.

• Lead ASP Programmer
Chai Ee is the lead ASP programmer in this project where
she is responsible for most of the modules in this system.
• Interface Designer
Chai Ee is part of the interface design team.
• Documentation
Chai Ee is responsible for much of the required documentation.
• Additional responsibilities
Chai Ee is also the primary consultant for Hui Bean on web
designing and Tong Mei on interface design issues.

• Assistant ASP Programmer
Hui Bean is responsible for the Login, Logout and User Maintenance
modules.
• Web Master
Hui Bean is responsible for the designing and maintaining
of the project’s web site.

Hui Bean is responsible for much of the required documentation.
