Objectives:
* Flay the killers - Hunt down the Copycat killers and make trophies of 3 of them.
* Wipe out the riot police - The Police have arrived to break up the riots. Kill all Police and destroy their Ulysses machines. Watch out for patrol cops who may try to call for backup.
* Locate the entrance to the Serviteur Base - Locate the entrance to the Serviteur Base.
You are introduced to the first gang of Neonopolis, Les Serviteurs, in the cutscene. They are a group of men who look like Rastafarians and make use of stolen Predator cloaking technology. Using your cloak in this level is a good idea, as is using your Tech Vision to see past Les Serviteurs’ cloaks. In this level you are equipped with your Speargun, Plasmacaster, Combistick, Medicomp, Vocal Mimicry, and Wristblades. The Speargun is good if you want to snipe at enemies from afar. The Plasmacaster I don’t like to use, personally. The Combistick is also pretty worthless right now, but make sure you have your Wristblades put away for now! You need to be able to grab Les Serviteurs and carry them to certain spots to skin them.
First off, though, you’re going to get an upgrade for your Wristblades. Cloak, then drop down onto the street and head left. In the distance you will see a railway overhead. Head towards it and jump up onto it. On this you will pass beneath two bridges, hop up onto the lower one to get the upgrade. Now you’re going to get the second upgrade in this level, which is a health upgrade.
From here you want to head towards the parking garage, which is to the north. Go through the garage and come out the other side to see a man with a red symbol over his head. Kill him to get the health upgrade. Now you are ready to hunt down Les Serviteurs. Fortunately, there are a lot of them on the roof of the garage Head up there and make sure your Wristblades are NOT equipped, so you can grab them. Use your Tech Vision to spot one and grab him (or punch him until you automatically grab him). You will know you have the right guy when three markers appear on your HUD. Head towards any marker and when you reach it, you will flay the gang member. Repeat this process two more times.
You will see a cutscene where the police come in to break down the riot, and now you have a new objective. Now you are introduced to a new enemy: the Ulysses robot. These are dangerous, but if you lock on to one and walk behind it, pressing the jump button will destroy it instantly. You may want to kill nearby humans first though, as it gives away your position and leaves you open to attack for a few seconds. First, you will probably need to recharge your energy, so use your Tech Vision to find a recharge point. NOW you can equip your Wristblades as they are your most effective weapon against the police. Scour the area and kill all the police and robots, and make sure you destroy the police cars as well, and the women police officers, who call for backup. Methodically kill them all, it isn’t too difficult.. puny humans. One more objective now.
The marker shows up on your HUD. Just head towards it to complete the level.
