"I think that's the last box, Chris!" Michelle screamed over the railing to Christina. She was standing on the small balcony, which already had all fifty million of Chris's plants sprawled over it, yelling down 'suggestive' comments to her friend as she pulled, tugged, and struggled to get all the boxes up. The two were just finishing up moving into their dorm.
They had been friends since the sixth grade, and had, as promised, come to college together. They would be sharing a dorm and starting school the day after tomorrow. Michelle was studying to be an actress, and Christina was studying to be a teacher.
They had arrived at the university a few hours before, and had been lugging box after box up since then. Or at least Christina had. Michelle was happy to be her 'slave driver'. And she was doing a good job too.
"HOW MUCH MORE?!?!?!?!" Michelle yelled down the stairwell.
"Not much." Christina said, popping her head up.
"God, it's sweltering in here."
"Well, get used to it, cause we can't afford air conditioning. No way. You could go buy a fan. But, first, you'd have to beg your dad for the money." Christina said.
"Than that I shall do, but first, I'm gonna go take some laundry down. I have lot's of stuff I wanna get washed."
"Good. Let's run to the store. I'm hungry."
"You're always hungry, and no, cause we have no money."
"WHAT? We've only been here four hours and already we're broke? I've heard of this, but I never thought it would happen!" She fumed. With that, she stomped into the hallway. Just at that moment, a tall guy with bleached blonde hair stepped out of the apartment across the hall. Michelle smiled, and ran her fingers thought her hair.
"Hi." She said. "And who are you?"
"Hi, I'm David. I see we're going to be neighbors." He said.
"Yeah, I guess so.
"Sorry. Uh, I gotta go get that last box, and I think there's a lamp down there too, so I'll be right back." Christina said.
"N'k." Michelle said, not even looking her way.
Christina was secretly envious of Michelle, because she had this ability to just smile and chat it up with anybody. Christina could never to that. And she had big boobs. It just wasn't fair.
Michelle was tall, at 5'9", and had short, blonde (dyed) hair, and was curvy, with an hourglass figure. She didn't have glasses, unlike Christina.
Christina was short, around 5'2", and had long, dark brown hair, was impossibly skinny, and had black rimmed glasses that were always sliding down her nose. She looked funny if anything.
She stomped out to her car, a beat up light green KIA with paint chipping horribly. She yanked the trunk open for the last time, and grabbed the last box.
