Journal for April 2000
Sat. April 1 - Decided to remake my site, I even plan on finishing it someday. Went to a party...
Sun. April 2 - Woke up around noon, next to someone I don't know.. Went back to sleep for a few hours, then went home. Thinking hurt, so i didn't.
Mon. April 3 - Post-hangover monday. Of course i get called in to work early and finish at 12:45....AM.
Tue. April 4 - Slept most of the day, and wandered around like a zombie the rest. Much too tired to think.
Wed. April 5 - Work kept me off the 'net till sunset, and email kept me busy the rest of the night.
Thu. April 6 - Contemplated making my site. (fancy words for procrastination) This time around, I won't be using tons of bandwidth hogging images to make it look nice. Restarted the pc_of_crap numerous times, even kicked it once, and finally went to bed frustrated without getting any work done. I want my Mac back!
Fri. April 7 - Stayed up late designing the layout of my new and improved site.
Sat. April 8 - Uploaded the first few pages of this site, including the DISCLAMER. (yes i know disclamer is spelled incorrectly ;)
Sun. April 9 - Added another page, Music Lyrics/MP3s to the site, and fixed a tag that tripped the W3.org html validator.
Mon. April 10 - I stayed up muchtoolate lastnight talking to emeraldwolf, got a whole 2 hours of sleep, then worked during the day. I've barely enough energy to write this..
Tue. April 11 - Last day of work, got home and fell asleep without eating supper. (x.x)
Wed. April 12 - Was asked to continue work on www.games4mac.com. *grr* How dare they remind me I still don't have a mac.
Thu. April 13 - Made a few modifications on the layout of the page, added a sidebar to Email Login, Search the Web, and Angelfire Login. There shouldn't be any dead links anymore. *grumble* I only had to restart the pc_of_crap 6 times tonight.
Fri. April 14 - Added Faster Login. Page is still incomplete, but better than nothing.
Sat. April 15 - Added About Mink. The page is far from finished, but has a few pics on it.
Sun. April 16 - Added Desktop Patts. Only crashed 3 times today...not bad.
Mon. April 17 - Updated Desktop Patts.
Tue. April 18 - Not much spare time today, but i did put a little something on Macs Only.
Wed. April 19 - YAY! Horray! I finally have my own mac, and its a PowerBook, so i can take it to work. Progress on this site should speed up, as the mac is much more efficient, and i'm much much more inspired.
Thu. April 20 to Tue. April 25 - No work's gonna be done on the webpage, i'm on easter break like the rest of the world too. (and its my 18th birthday on the 25th - Happy birthday to me.)
Wed. April 26 to Thu. April 27 - *grumble* its not easy finding a good deal on a PCMCIA modem card.. that has its original software.. and that works. Time to try yet another card..
Fri. April 28 - YAY! I now have a GlobalVillage platinum pro pc card.. (28.8 faxmodem & 10 base T ethernet).
