Seamless Patterns
One day while building a Marathon map, i needed a funky texture for dirty water... so i started messing with Photoshop©, and came out with Floatin' Crap. While trying to make a pattern that looked like clear shallow water with a sandy bottom (not an easy task), the 3 Mirages were created, and finally the 2 Shallow Waters. Somewhere on the backup of my Mac's Hard disk (which i unfortuantely had to leave in Florida) there's a half finished GIF animation of Shallow water 3 - very cool. Purplink (from purple + pink) is some kind of alien goo. There was also a nice lava pattern, but i dunno where it went. Deep Sea and Camouflage came about soon thereafter, and I was having so much fun, I made a whole bunch of other patterns.All these patterns were created from two basic patterns, Wavy Oil and Sand Dunes, which are both taken from some other image, and messed with alot.
Feel free to use any of these patterns for your desktop or webpage. If you wish use any of them for commercial purposes, please contact me first. Foxchange members may use them freely, but I wouldn't mind knowing!
