“That was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen in my life” Dakota tried to scream over to loud roar of the crowd. “I told you!” Courtney exclaimed, as they following yet another security guard back to a waiting car to take them to meet the guys.

Once in the car, Dakota smiled in Courtney’s direction.
“Court, thanks again for tonight. I really appreciate you bringing me.” “D! Stop thanking me! Who else would I bring? Besides I needed you to see how wonderful these guys are so you would actually believe me!”

Dakota laughed. Like she didn’t think they’d be wonderful. She babysat… She taught girls dance… She was human… And they, *Nsync, were hot.

“Sex on the Beach, please.” Dakota leaned over the bar to the bartender. “Is that a request” laughed a voice from behind. Dakota turned around, drink in hand, smile on her face. JC returned her smile with one of his own and couldn’t help but notice her blush. He stepped next to her and ordered a drink of his own. After getting it, he turned to her once more.

“So…. Dakota… Did you have a good time tonight?” he smiled as he talked. Dakota couldn’t keep from staring. “Yes, I did. I’m glad Courtney invited me.” She smiled. JC nodded his head. “Me too. Me too.”

Courtney glanced over at Dakota who was now in heavy conversation with Josh. Courtney’s time had been divided between dancing with Justin and Joey. Of course, she didn’t mind this, but where was he? She looked around the crowded club. ‘Impossible.’ She thought to herself. She watched Dakota’s smile grow as Josh seemed to be attached to her side. ‘Typical’ she thought to herself. ‘She has a way with the cute ones.’

“Hey babe” his voice spoke into her ear. She turned and saw him, smiling behind her. Courtney smiled. ‘Oh yeah. Now who had the cute one?’

“You working tomorrow?” he asked. “No.” she said. “Day off… finally.” “Good.” He smiled. “Good?” Dakota asked, smiling. “Yeah. Good. Then you can come over to Justin’s tomorrow for a swim with me.” He smiled. “Is that right?” she teased. “And do I have a choice?” she asked. JC rolled his eyes to the ceiling as if looking for the answer. “Um, well, no, not really.” He smiled once more. “Well, then I guess I’ll be there” she smiled with an over-exaggerated sigh.
