Okay, first you need to put Relicanth first in your party and Wailord last (it matters not if they are your only two, you don't have to have six in your party). Fly to Pacifilog. Save. Surf left, at the near bottom of the boundries. Keep going left until you reach the island with all of the little rocks on it. Save again. Then Surf off of the left-middle of it until you come to a spot surrounded by island where you can Dive (this won't happen immediately). Once there, Dive and you will be in a little room with an exit to a bigger room, leave and go to the back of the bigger room. There should be a white braille message. Read it and use Dive again. Now you should be in a different room with more tablets, go onto the land and go to the back of the room where a big braille tablet should be. Read it and use Dig. It will shake and this is how you know you have summoned the Regies! Save!
