Getting There
Fly to Lilycove. Then go left to route 120 until you see a lady who is in a corner and you cannot go left any further. Talk to her, answer “yes” and she will give you the IAPAPA berry. Then go up the rocky staircase, when you reach the top go through the grass which you cannot run or ride through. Go up more steps. There is a man (Ruin Maniac). You can battle him, it will not affect getting Registeel. Then go into the big rock cave. In the cave, go to the very center and use Fly. The rock door in front of you which was one a braille tablet will open. Inside is Registeel. Save now! Go up to it and battle it. Good luck!
A Hint for a Strategy You Could Use...
Putting it to sleep is good, your Relicanth should know Yawn, but it will wake up!
